Branchville Bath

To meet the needs of their multigenerational home, the owners wanted to add an ensuite bathroom in an unused attic space. To create adequate ceiling height and introduce natural light and ventilation, a small roof addition was designed to fit seamlessly into the transition of the typical Colonial house and a later addition. The expanded space accommodates a generous three-piece bathroom and provides a private suite for the owner’s mother.
