Etsy Dublin

Etsy’s Dublin office is a celebration of diverse colors and textures of the Irish landscape. Drawing inspiration from the country’s Burren, coast, woodlands, and wetlands, the design of the space layers rich materiality with one-of-a-kind objects made of local wood, stone, glass, and wool. The project is a true collaboration, showcasing the expertise and craft of numerous consultants, artists, furniture makers and builders. JBAD was responsible for overall design management as well as design and curation of all furnishings and artwork.

‘From the land to the hands of makers’

One of the critical elements of projects with Etsy is creating opportunities for collaboration with local artisans and designers. These collaborations spur unique interpretations of craft, function and place; and foster rich conversations about community and commerce within the local design economy.
